How it works: 

The Synergy Starter package includes three days of support, which consists of themes, this could include: 

• 3-6 subject reviews, depending on the requirements, or 

• 1 Phase review e.g. Early years, or 

• 3 Leadership development – 1:1 coaching for subject leaders, middle leaders

• 2 Phase reviews e.g. early years, KS1 

• 1 Attendance Review 

• 1 SEND Review 

• Access to 1 training course e.g. Governor Training, Attendance Training 

If services are for MAT reviews, each school may constitute one review e.g. SEND review in three schools within a MAT is 3 reviews.

Synergy Executive delivers one to six days of support, which consists of themes, this could include: 

• Leadership development and coaching  

• School self-evaluation (SEF)  

• School development planning (SDP)  

• Headteacher Performance Management (HTPM)  

 

Short-term input or ongoing mentorship, this service offers targeted expertise to strengthen leadership and drive improvement. 

I had never experienced coaching and its benefits before finding Jean who has supported me to move into my first Principal position. Jean’s expertise, accompanied by an exceptional coaching approach were both instrumental in my preparation for the interview and role.
