Meet The Consultants
Jean Watt
Jean is a highly experienced and dedicated independent School Improvement Consultant. She has a passion for education, with an excellent track record of supporting governors, school leaders and staff. Through a combined dynamic and proactive approach, Jean empowers her clients to explore ingenious ways of thinking and problem solving. She starts with the premise that ‘no two schools are the same’. However, with the right mindset, sufficient resources and capacity, all schools can be great. She encouragingly inspires leaders and their team, helping them to transform their schools.
When not working – Jean loves to run and create scrumptious meals.
Sylvia Watt-Mower
Sylvia is an experienced educator with over 25 years working in education. She has a proven track record of securing positive outcomes for pupils, including the most disadvantaged, even when faced with the most challenging circumstances. Her message is ‘people first’ and acknowledging their needs. Sylvia is driven by her determination to see all children and young people have an equitable chance to succeed; and leaders and staff have optimal support. She is also able to provide self-care strategies to improve staff wellbeing – a school’s most valuable asset!
When not working – Sylvia enjoys gym activities and consuming Jean’s delightful meals.
