School Reviews
Attendance Reviews
Our consultants will work with you and carry out a full and detailed analysis of your current attendance practice.
During the review, we will look at your existing attendance policy, practices, and procedures. The core aim of this review will be to highlight and identify the school's strengths in relation to attendance and areas for development.
Once our consultant has conducted the review, they will then provide you with verbal feedback and a written report with concise recommendations.
Pupil Premium Reviews
The purpose of the review is to improve your school’s pupil premium strategy.
Prior to visiting, we will review evidence including analysis of your (IDSR), other documentation including the (SDP), Pupil Premium Strategy. The review will consist of interviewing relevant staff and governors/trustees and discussions with pupils/students.
At the end of the day, we will provide detailed verbal feedback.
School Reviews
The process of a school review can be valuable in supporting your school’s self-evaluation. Our rigorous review will provide clear strengths and next steps to support you on your school improvement journey.

The review will be conducted by our Synergy Improvement Consultants (SIC) who are highly experienced in supporting schools to further improve. They will work in collaboration with you.
Our consultants will provide concise verbal feedback and a short written report after the visit.

Governors Reviews
Our Synergy Improvement Consultants will work with you to conduct a review of governance. The review will identify the strengths and provide you with next steps.

We can support with a full board review, bespoke reviews, supported self-evaluation, in-school training sessions and any additional need you may have.
Subject Reviews
Subject reviews are achieved through lesson observations, work scrutiny, pupil and staff interviews and an assessment of attainment data. Subject Reviews can be conducted in conjunction with subject leaders as part of their continued professional development.
