Our Synergy Improvement Consultants (SIC) will act as a ‘critical and professional friend’ and they will provide effective support and challenge to school leaders. They will provide flexible and bespoke support helping school leaders to effectively evaluate performance, identify clear priorities for improvement and develop a concise plan to bring about change.

Support will be provided in a way that suits the school. Schools will receive independent and evidenced based advice and guidance.

Headteacher Appraisal

Our Synergy Improvement Consultant can offer external advice and support to governing bodies. They will steer governors through the statutory headteacher performance management process.

Our consultant will provide effective support to both the headteacher and the panel to formulate clear objectives that are meaningful and appropriate to your school’s context, your headteacher’s level of experience and meet the necessary criteria of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Bound.
