Our Story
Jean and Sylvia are sisters, they are both incredibly passionate about education and improving the life chances of children and young people. Between them, they have over 50 years’ experience in education. They know and value the power of working together – Synergy Education Services – Together, we make a greater difference!!

I had never experienced coaching and its benefits before finding Jean who has supported me to move into my first Principal position. Jean’s expertise, accompanied by an exceptional coaching approach were both instrumental in my preparation for the interview and role. Jean enabled me to explore my motivations and values and, in turn, to identify my skills and strengths. This gave me the confidence and focus I needed to become re-energised about my career.
Jean always structures professional dialogue in line with a highly effective coaching practice. Her use of effective questioning and attentive listening, challenges me to think at a deeper level. I will continue to work with Jean as she offers a safe and confidential space for me to talk openly and honestly about the challenges of school leadership. Jean’s warm and agile approach has allowed me to feel valued, uplifted and inspired to continue creating better futures for our children!
