Headteacher Training
We offer a range of services to support headteachers throughout their careers. These include training and coaching.

New Headship programme
This programme supports those taking up their first headship. It covers all phases and sectors. It is designed to assist the process of initiation to headship, and supports new headteachers in balancing the practical demands of their role with personal leadership development.

Our Synergy Improvement Consultant (SICs) are specially trained to support new headteachers throughout their first year of headship.
Subject Leader Training
The role of subject leadership in schools has become central to effective leadership. Our training course will cover what is expected from subject and middle leaders. The course will enable subject leaders to develop their leadership skills to effectively lead their subjects with confidence.
Governors Training
The aim of the training is to support governors in the effective strategic management of all schools and academies, to enable the best possible educational outcomes for children and young people.
