5.0 HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you have made a booking with us via our website or other means, or if you receive marketing data from us your data will be securely stored in our System. Your details can only be accessed by authorised admin personnel. You will only ever receive correspondence via Synergy Education Services Ltd, or an authorised sender by email, post, or other relevant method of communication. If in the event you should receive dubious communication purporting to be from us, you may contact us via admin@synergyeducationservices.co.uk to confirm.
Your data is securely encrypted and then transmitted to secure servers using PHP scripts.
5.1 Data storage duration
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to allow us to efficiently carry out the business operations, or as required by statute. Your data will be disposed of appropriately, when it is no longer needed, or you contact us to discard your information in accordance with your rights.

6.0 WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR DATA IN THE RESULT OF AN ACQUISITION?
We are a small personable enterprise, however, in the longer-term if in the event of a takeover or acquisition, the personal data we hold will form part of the assets of Synergy Education Services and be taken over by the new company, but only used for the same or similar purpose. In these circumstances, we will write to everyone we hold data on and notify them about the change of ownership, and any revisions to our privacy policy. You have the right to request your data is safely deleted/discarded.
7.0 ABOUT THIS WEBSITE’S SERVER (INCLUDING SECURITY INFO)
Our server, which we manage ourselves, is hosted in the UK with a company called Wix.com. The server Operating System is kept up to date via automatic security patches and all software used is still supported (including PHP).
When necessary, our site use HTTPS/SSL encryption to protect any sensitive data in transit from the server to the browser.
