What happens when I sign up for a coaching session?
You will be asked to complete a short coaching application form at the same time you sign up. From the information supplied we can better understand your requirements. Now that you are all set for this session you will log into the coaching session on the planned day. This session will be approximately 60 minutes, we won’t be able to go over this time to avoid delaying the session with another client.
What happens when I sign up for a course?
When you register for a course, your place will be secured. Log on to the course at the appropriate time. The course will run if the minimum number subscribe to the course. You will not be charged if the course does not run.
What other services do you offer?
Leadership coaching – We offer specialised coaching for headteachers, senior leaders and middle leaders. If you simply need an impartial opinion of how you are doing or you need a little more confidence in your role or you are intending to apply for headship and need guidance we are here to help.
Applying for headship – If you are planning to apply for headships and need to further understand the requirements of headship, you can sign up for the course ‘New to Headship course’. Having this information can support you with completing your application. In addition, you can receive one-to-one coaching on how to be interview ready.
Reviews – We offer balanced expert reviews of all aspect of school workings, including curriculum and subject reviews, SEND reviews, attendance reviews.
Governors – We can support governors with Headteacher performance appraisals
What do I do if I want additional services?
Contact us via our email address or fill in the contact form, telling us what services you would like. Following this, we will get in touch with you, either by email or phone call to set up an initial meeting to discuss your requirements. If you want to undertake one of our online courses, simply sign up.
What other ways do you support your clients?
If it is more convenient to hold virtual meetings, we will accommodate this, as we know how busy our clients are and this will save much needed time and costs. If, however, it is more appropriate to meet in person, this will be the course of action.
