Started your headship, within the first or second year of this role
This course is designed to develop your understanding, with practical illustrations, of the realistic requirements of fulfilling your role as a headteacher in line with regulations and guidelines. You will have the opportunity to engage in thoughtful discussions concerning the essential responsibilities of your role.
Facilitator: Jean Watt, a former Deputy Headteacher, Headteacher, HMI, and current director of school improvement and trustee of a Learning Trust.

Two sessions
Session 1: Thursday 25 June 2026 – 4.30pm to 6.30pm (2 hours)
